Company sells 10 million common shares at $0.45 per share in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., June 25 – TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. completed a $4.5 million private placement of shares on June 19, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 10 million common shares at $0.45 apiece, a 23.73% discount to the June 18 closing share price of $0.59.
The Beverly Hills, Calif., company offers decontamination and infectious disease control products and services.
