Company sells 25,922 common shares at $10.30 per share through deal

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 18 – Integrity Capital Income Fund, Inc. settled a $267,000 private placement of stock on Aug. 16, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 25,922 common shares at $10.30 per share.

The private investment fund is based in Colorado Springs.
