Integrity Capital nets $436,000 through private placement of its stock

Company sells about 42,516 common shares at $10.15, $10.30 in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 20 – Integrity Capital Income Fund, Inc. raised $436,000 of net proceeds from a private placement of stock on Dec. 31, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold about 12,808 common shares at $10.15 per share and about 29,708 shares at $10.15 apiece.

The private investment fund is based in Colorado Springs.
