Company sells 127,094 common shares at $10.15 apiece through offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 4 – Integrity Capital Income Fund, Inc. took in $1.29 million of net proceeds from a private placement of stock on July 31, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold about 127,094 common shares at $10.15 per share.
The private investment fund is based in Colorado Springs.
