Marathon CLO VIII directed to redeem all classes of secured notes

Olympia, Wash., May 23 – Marathon CLO VIII Ltd./Marathon CLO VIII LLC received written direction from holders or beneficial owners of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem all classes of its secured notes via refinancing, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A-1A, A-1B, A-1C, A-2, B, C and D notes, as well as the subordinated and income notes, were notified.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
