Neuberger Berman CLO XIX directed to redeem secured notes on April 16

Minneapolis, March 5 – Neuberger Berman CLO XIX, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XIX, LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem six classes of secured notes, according to a notice.

The class A-1-R, A-2-R, B-R, C-R, D and E notes will be redeemed in full on April 16.

The notes will be redeemed using refinancing proceeds.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
