Shui On to redeem $600 million 6.4% senior perpetuals on June 20

Concord, N.H., May 18 – Shui On Land Ltd. subsidiary Shui On Development (Holding) Ltd. is exercising the redemption option of its $600 million 6.4% senior perpetual capital securities (ISIN XS1632358112), according to an announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on June 20 at par plus accrued distributions.

Shui On Land is a Hong Kong-based property development company.
