Moody's rates Cimic 144A notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 rating to Cimic Finance (USA) Pty Ltd. planned backed senior unsecured 144A notes. Cimic Finance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cimic Group Ltd., which will guarantee the notes and is rated Baa3.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, mainly reducing indebtedness.

The outlook is stable.
