Madison, Wis., June 12 – Eastern Water Resources Development and Management PCL (East Water) has priced 2.4 billion baht of unsubordinated debentures, according to a company notice.
The debentures will be issued in two tranches. The first tranche, totaling 1.2 billion baht, consists of seven-year debentures with a coupon of 3.84%. The second tranche, totaling 1.2 billion baht, consists of 10-year debentures carrying a coupon of 4.18%.
United Overseas Bank PCL is the underwriter.
The debentures will be issued on June 16.
The issuance makes up part of the 5 billion baht facility approved by shareholders in March 2011.
East Water is a water management company based in Bangkok.
