Health Diagnostic announces winning bid for Central Medical assets

Pittsburgh, Sept. 11 – Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. named Oncimmune Ltd. as the winning bidder for substantially all of the assets of Central Medical Laboratories, Inc., according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The purchase price includes an amount equal to a $746,875 parent administrative claim, $22,625 in cash and the assumption of liabilities.

The sale hearing is scheduled for Sept. 16.

Health Diagnostic, a Richmond, Va.-based blood testing company, filed for bankruptcy on June 7. The Chapter 11 case number is 15-32919.
