Chicago, Aug. 22 – Embraer SA priced $750 million of 7% notes due 2030 (BB+/BB+) primarily to fund a tender offer, according to a press release.
Indirect subsidiary Embraer Netherlands Finance BV is the issuer.
The notes priced at 99.32.
Distribution was through Rule 144A and Regulation S.
The offering priced July 25. Final settlement of the tender offer was expected around Aug. 22.
Proceeds not used to repurchase existing bonds, if any, will be used for general corporate purposes.
Embraer is a Brazilian aerospace conglomerate that produces commercial, military and other aircraft and provides aeronautical services.
