Ravn Alaska to launch $110 million credit facility on Tuesday

New York, June 8 – Ravn Alaska is set to hold a bank meeting on Tuesday to launch a $110 million credit facility, according to a market source.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and Keybanc Capital Markets are the leads on the deal.
The facility consists of a $15 million five-year revolver and a $95 million six-year term loan, the source said.
Proceeds will be used to help fund the buyout of the company by J.F. Lehman & Co.
Ravn is an Anchorage, Alaska-based airline company.
