OCP CLO 2015-9 manager, holders explore possible note redemption

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 19 – OCP CLO 2015-9, Ltd./OCP CLO 2015-9 Corp.’s portfolio manager and some subordinated holders are exploring a potential redemption of its notes.

The redemption would be funded using proceeds from an issue of replacement notes.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.

Onex Credit Partners, LLC is the portfolio manager.
