S&P assigns A to CK Hutchison notes

S&P said it assigned its A long-term issue rating to CK Hutchison International (24) Ltd.'s proposed senior unsecured notes.

CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd. (CK Hutchison; A/stable/--) unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees the notes.

The Hong Kong-based globally diversified conglomerate will use the proceeds for refinancing and general corporate purposes.
