S&P rates Pershing Square bonds BBB+

S&P said it assigned its BBB+ rating to Pershing Square Holdings Ltd.'s fully committed private placement of $200 million of 12-year unsecured bonds with Guggenheim.

This adds to the $1 billion bond issued in June 2015 due 2022 and to the $400 million of 20-year bonds raised with Guggenheim in July 2019.
