Prospect News reports one new default for week of June 21 to June 27

Pittsburgh, June 29 – Prospect News reported one new default for the week of June 21 through June 27 in the form of CW Group Holdings Ltd.’s missed principal and interest payment on its 7% notes due 2018.

So far in 2018, Prospect News has reported 88 defaults, including 46 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 15 missed interest payments, four missed principal and interest payments, three each of bankruptcies and distressed exchanges, two each of Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, missed principal payments and schemes of arrangement and one each of administrations, Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, company voluntary arrangements, compulsory liquidations, debt-for-equity exchanges, liquidations, missed interest payments paid late, moratoriums, recapitalizations and restructurings.
