Apidos CDO III calls notes due 2020, preferreds

Columbus, Ohio, May 29 – Apidos CDO III will redeem its notes due 2020 and preferred shares on June 12, according to a notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA.

The redemption is the result of a request from the required number of noteholders and holders of a majority of the preferred shares, the notice states.

The notes will be redeemed in full at par with interest accrued up to the redemption date.

The notes to be redeemed include:

• $16,550,364 class A-1 notes;

• $19,034,848 class A-2 notes;

• $15,039,011 class B notes;

• $10,554,142 class C notes;

• $6,069,271 class D notes; and

• The preferred shares. Holders will receive any excess principal proceeds payable according to the priority of payments on the redemption date.
