Alarm.com announces plans for initial public offering of common stock

Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch lead underwriters

Tacoma, Wash., May 22 – Alarm.com Holdings, Inc. plans to price its initial public offering of common stock and use the proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Goldman Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc., Raymond James & Associates, Inc., William Blair & Co., LLC and Imperial Capital, LLC are the underwriters, according to an S-1 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company has applied to list its stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “ALRM.”

Boston-based Alarm.com provides connected home technology to subscribers through its software-as-a-service platform.
