New Issue: China’s eHi Car Services sells $150 million more 7¾% notes due 2024

Columbus, Ohio, June 23 – eHi Car Services Ltd. sold an add-on offering of $150 million 7¾% senior notes due 2024, according to a listing notice.

The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the $300 million 7¾% senior notes due 2024 issued in May.

The listing is expected to become effective June 24.

The notes are guaranteed by certain existing subsidiaries.

Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

eHi Car Services is a car rental and services company based in Shanghai.
