Electricity Supply Board to sell two tranches of notes, including one green tranche

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 26 – ESB Finance DAC announced that Electricity Supply Board plans a two-part note issue, one tranche being a €500 million long 12-year green note, according to a notice.

The other tranche will also total €500 million with a five-year tenor.

There is an over-allotment option.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Danske Bank, RBC Capital and Societe Generale are leading the sale.

The issuer is a state-owned electric company operating in Ireland.
