Trinitas CLO III directed to redeem up to 10 classes of senior notes

Minneapolis, Aug. 30 – Trinitas CLO III, Ltd./Trinitas CLO III LLC was directed by holders of its subordinated notes to redeem some of its senior notes, according to a notice.

On or after Sept. 18, the issuer will redeem one or more of its class X, A-1, A-2, A-3, B, C, D-1, D-2, E and F notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
