S&P shifts PT MNC Investama view to negative

S&P changed the outlook for PT MNC Investama Tbk. to negative from stable but affirmed the B- rating on the company and its senior secured notes.

“We revised the outlook on PT MNC Investama Tbk. to negative from stable because the company has not outlined a credible and comprehensive strategy to repay or refinance its guaranteed $231 million senior secured notes due on May 11, 2021,” said S&P in a press release.

S&P said it sees the company having limited flexibility in repaying or refinancing the notes.
