New Issue: MNC Investama prices $56.38 million 9% senior secured notes due 2021
New York, May 3 – PT MNC Investama Tbk. priced $56.38 million of 9% senior secured notes due 2021 at par, according to a company announcement.
The new notes were sold for cash alongside an exchange offer in which it will issue a further $174,623,000 of the notes on the same terms. Combined, the issue will have $231 million outstanding.
Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, ING Bank NV, Singapore Branch and Standard Chartered Bank were dealer managers for the exchange.
