New Issue: Poway Unified School District, Calif., brings $63.15 million offering

New York, May 14 – The Poway Unified School District of California sold $63,145,000 of series 2015B public financing authority special tax revenue refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2036 with 2% to 5% coupons with 0.52% to 4.11% yields.

Proceeds will be used to refund outstanding debt.
