Ontario talks dollar notes due 2026 at mid-swaps plus 40 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., June 13 – The Province of Ontario (Aa2/AA-) is offering dollar-denominated seven-year global notes in the primary market on Thursday, according to a market source and a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes due June 15, 2026 were initially talked to price in the mid-swaps plus 40 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. are the bookrunners.

The notes are non-callable.

Proceeds will be used for general provincial purposes.
