Ontario to price five-year notes at high 20 bps area over mid-swaps

Tupelo, Miss., May 10 – The Province of Ontario (Aa2/A+/AA-) plans to price an offering of five-year global notes on Thursday, according to a market source.

The notes due May 18, 2022 were talked to price in the high 20 basis points area over mid-swaps.

Barclays, CIBC World Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the lead managers.
