Province of Ontario markets dollar global notes as Thursday business

Chicago, May 11 – The Province of Ontario is bringing an offer of new dollar notes with expected pricing on Thursday, according to information from a market source.

The global notes are expected with a May 19, 2027 maturity date.

Price talk is for a spread in the area of 50 basis points over mid-swaps.

Barclays, CIBC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are bookrunners.
