Inmobiliaria Colonial to redeem 1.863% notes due 2019 at 101.947358

Olympia, Wash., July 19 – Inmobiliaria Colonial, Socimi, SA calculated the make-whole price for its €375 million of outstanding 1.863% notes due 2019, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on July 23 at 101.947358% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Inmobiliaria Colonial is a real estate company based in Barcelona, Spain.
