Thailand’s Asian Seafoods proposes up to 2 billion baht of bonds

Madison, Wis., May 11 – Asian Seafoods Coldstorage PCL is seeking to issue up to 2 billion baht of bonds, according to a company announcement.

The proposed issuance is subject to shareholders’ approval at an upcoming general meeting.

The Bangkok company makes frozen and canned seafood products.
