Anglo American to fully redeem $300 million of 2022 notes at 104.47

New York, Oct. 28 – Anglo American Capital plc called its $300 million 3.75% senior notes due April 10, 2022 (ISIN: US034863AQ39, USG0446NAK03) for redemption, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 30 at 104.47.

Anglo American Capital is a London-based entity of the Johannesburg mining company, Anglo American plc.
