TerraForm amends revolver to extend deadline for 2015 financials

Morgantown, W.Va., April 4 – TerraForm Global, Inc. entered into an amendment to its credit and guaranty agreement with Goldman Sachs Bank USA as administrative agent and lender on March 30, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The revolver amendment extends the date on which TerraForm Global, LLC must deliver to the administrative agent and the other lenders its financial statements for fiscal year 2015. The date was extended to April 30.
TerraForm is a Bethesda, Md., company that owns and operates clean energy power plants.
