Intralot takes in tenders for €56.16 million of 9¾% notes at 105.155

Chicago, Sept. 21 – Intralot Finance Luxembourg SA said investors had tendered €56,159,000 of its €276,682,000 of 9¾% senior notes due 2018 in the offer that ended at 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 20.

The conditions to the offer have been met, and the company expects to settle the offer on Sept. 23, according to a notice.

As announced Sept. 14, the company was offering to buy the notes at €1,051.55 per €1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date.

The amount outstanding excludes €48,318,000 of notes that were held by the company and canceled on Sept. 13.

Intralot previously said it has issued a conditional redemption notice for the notes.

The company will redeem any remaining notes at 104.875% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date of Oct. 14.

As previously announced, Intralot priced €250 million of 6¾% five-year notes on Sept. 16 as part of a refinancing that included the tender offer.
