Renovate America completes $200 million warehouse facility

New York, July 24 – Renovate America closed on a $200 million warehouse line of credit with Barclays, according to a news release.

Proceeds will be used to support the continued expansion of the company’s HERO program, which provides Property Assessed Clean Energy financing.

Renovate America is a San Diego-based provider of financing for home improvement and commercial retrofits that increase energy efficiency.
