Proceeds slated for construction, development of Nzema gold project

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 20 - Adamus Resources Ltd. said it has completed a A$15.95 million private placement of shares. The deal priced Sept. 13.
The company sold 29 million shares at A$0.55 apiece. The price per share reflects a 15.39% discount to A$0.65, the Sept. 6 closing share price.
Proceeds will be used to fund the construction and development of the company's Nzema gold project in Ghana and for general working capital purposes.
The mineral explorer is based in Perth, Australia.
