Latham & Watkins adds Bjork as restructuring partner in Los Angeles

Minneapolis, Feb. 7 – Latham & Watkins LLP announced that Jeffrey E. Bjork will join the firm as a partner in the restructuring, insolvency and workouts practice within the finance department, according to a press release.

Bjork will be based in the Los Angeles office. He joins from Sidley Austin, also in Los Angeles, where he was a partner.

"Jeff is a widely recognized and admired leader in bankruptcy law, and we're excited to have him drive our practice forward here at Latham,” Latham’s Los Angeles office managing partner Jeffrey Greenberg said in the release.

“His ability to find creative yet practical solutions to complex restructuring challenges will be of tremendous value to our clients."
