Argentina’s YPF approved to issue up to $769 million of notes

Atlanta, Dec. 23 – Argentina’s Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales SA received approval from its board of directors to issue up to $769 million of bonds as part of the company’s $8 billion global medium-term note program, according to a company filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Other details were not immediately available on Wednesday.

YPF is a petroleum and natural gas company based in Buenos Aires.
