NXT Capital CLO 2015-1 directed to redeem three note classes April 22

Olympia, Wash., April 10 – NXT Capital CLO 2015-1, LLC received direction from a majority of interests to redeem three classes of notes through a refinancing, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed in full on April 22 at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $39,483,697.50 for the class C-R notes;

• $29,946,998.75 for the class D-R notes; and

• $31,702,227.50 for the class E notes.

Wells Fargo Delaware Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Chicago-based NXT Capital Investment Advisers, LLC is the collateral manager.
