Fogo de Chao plans new financing for buyout by Rhone Capital

New York, Feb. 20 – Fogo de Chao Inc. plans on getting new financing to help fund its acquisition by Rhone Capital for $15.75 per share, or about $560 million, according to a news release.

Credit Suisse and Wells Fargo Bank, NA are providing the financing.

Closing is expected in the second quarter, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.

Fogo de Chao is a Dallas-based steakhouse chain.
