Fogo de Chao to get new debt financing for buyout by Bain Capital

New York, Aug. 15 – Fogo de Chao plans on getting new debt financing led by Deutsche Bank to help fund its acquisition by Bain Capital Private Equity from Rhone Capital, according to a news release.
Closing is expected in September, subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approvals.
Fogo de Chao is a Dallas-based steakhouse chain.
