Knoxville, Tenn., April 16 – RYU Apparel, Inc. said it raised about C$4.8 million in a private placement of stock.
The company sold common shares at C$0.30 per share. The price per share is identical to the April 15 closing share price.
The fitness apparel brand is based in Vancouver, B.C.
