Adams-Arapahoe School District, Colo., to sell $150 million G.O. bonds

New York, Dec. 8 - The Adams-Arapahoe School District No. 28J in Aurora, Colo., is slated to price $150 million in series 2008 general obligation bonds later this week.

The bonds will be sold with Stifel Nicolaus as the senior manager.

Proceeds will be used for the construction, acquisition and equipment of school facilities within the district.
