Moody’s: ADMI unaffected by loan add-on

Moody's Investors Service said that ADMI Corp.'s proposed $175 million first-lien term loan add-on, and the $15 million increase in senior unsecured notes (unrated) is credit negative, but does not impact the company's credit ratings.

These include the B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating and the B1 rating on the first-lien senior secured credit facilities.

The outlook remains stable.
