International Game offers €500 million seven-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., June 11 – International Game Technology plc announced in a Tuesday press release that it is offering €500 million of senior secured notes due 2026, subject to customary market and closing conditions.

The London-based gaming company plans to use the proceeds from the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering to repay debt under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
