International Game calls $600 million of 5 5/8% notes via new issue

Chicago, Sept. 17 – International Game Technology plc issued a conditional redemption notice for its $600 million of 5 5/8% senior secured notes due 2020, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 27 at a price of $1,028.43 per $1,000 principal amount.

The redemption will be funded with proceeds of the company’s offering of $500 million senior secured notes due 2027 as well as draws under senior syndicated revolving credit facilities.

The call is conditioned on the issuer receiving at least $500 million of proceeds from the offering.

International Game is a London-based manufacturer of gaming machines.
