International Game Technology calls 3.5% senior secured notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 27 – International Game Technology plc has exercised its option to fully redeem the remaining outstanding €112,041,000 of its €500 million 3.5% senior secured notes due July 5, 2024 (ISIN: XS1844998192, XS1844997970), according to a notice and a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption date for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes is Nov. 7.

The 2024 notes will be redeemed at a make-whole premium consistent with the terms of the notes’ indenture, together with accrued interest.

Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the paying agent.

The redemption is conditioned on the company’s receipt of sufficient proceeds under its senior revolving credit facilities to fund the redemption.

International Game Technology is a London-based gaming company.
