International Game issues redemption notice for 6¼% notes

Chicago, March 17 – International Game Technology plc has issued a conditional notice of redemption for its 6¼% notes (ISINs: USG4863AAB47, US460599AB91), according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on March 26 in full.

The company sold an upsized $750 million of notes on Tuesday. The redemption is conditioned on the receipt of at least $750 million in gross proceeds from the sale of the notes.

The London-based company makes slot machines, gaming software and related technology.
