International Game Technology mandates banks ahead of possible deal

Portland, Ore., June 3 – International Game Technology plc (Ba3/BB) has mandated Barclays and BofA Securities to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to take place Thursday and Friday, according to a market source.

A capital markets transaction may follow, depending on market conditions.

The gaming company is based in London.

The prospective issuer is a London-based gaming company.
