New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.32 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on ETF basket

Chicago, Dec. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.32 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 5, 2022 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund, Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund, Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund and Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 17.3125%.

Investors will receive par if the basket declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
