St. Paul’s CLO I to make final distribution on class M, V, W, X notes

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 22 – St. Paul’s CLO I BV said that additional residual proceeds are due to holders of its subordinated and combination notes and that those proceeds will be distributed on Nov. 29.

The issuer redeemed the notes at the direction of the class M subordinated noteholders from proceeds of liquidation of its collateral on July 16, 2018.

After that date, St. Paul’s CLO I determined there are remaining residual proceeds, according to a notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.

The residual proceeds will be distributed to holders of the following notes on the Nov. 29 final redemption date:

• €28.47 million class M subordinated notes due 2023;

• €22,941,520 class V combination notes due 2023;

• €5 million class W combination notes due 2023; and

• €8 million class X combination notes due 2023.

BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Ltd. is the trustee.
