Southern Gas calls all £233 million of floating-rate bonds due 2015

Norfolk, Va., April 2 – Southern Gas Networks plc plans to redeem all £233 million of its floating-rate bonds due 2015, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed at par on April 21.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the paying agent. Citicorp Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.

Southern Gas is a Perth, Scotland-based gas distribution network company.
